I have been a dream last night which i had it till 6:30 in the morning.
I wanted to know how much it can be real.
i just know that it ended at 6:30 in the morning when i woke up in the thought of what i have been dreaming...
So i wanna know which hours during the sleep can be considered as REAL happenings that may happen in the future?

First there's NREM - Non-Rapid Eye Movement - in which your body really rests and recovers from a long day's stress and fatigue. This is extremely deep sleep and you usually don't dream during this period of time.

Then comes REM - Rapid Eye Movement. This is when your body isn't resting as intensely and you start to dream. The total time of REM sleep per night is about 90-120 minutes for an adult; and the percentage of REM sleep decreases as you get older.

The human mind is capable of so many things. We haven't even tapped into 10% of our brains' capacities. I usually dream about something that happens within the next two days, and then get extreme deja vu about it. As for your dream... it's really hard to say.

As i understand it, there is no time. After a period of time spent sleeping you enter different levels of sleep. There is R.E.M. and deep sleep which comes after about 4 hours of sleeping. Specific times don't make a difference. It only comes down to how long you have been asleep for.
