ive had one that i get stabbed in the back and it actuallly hurts..

Yes, but it was because I actually responded physically to what I was doing in the dream...I do that alot actually. I had a dream I was protecting this girl from some guy that wanted to hurt her and when they guy came up to hurt her I went to kick him in the face...well...I actually kicked....and my small toe struck the wall...and I think I accidentally broke it. (the previous is what you would call a run-on sentence.) Any way, I've never actually experienced physical pain in a dream that continued to reality. At least I don't remember any.

Yea I had a dream that I was being restrained on a steel grurnny and I was knocked on the gurnie and when I woke I found out that the rail that kept me in the top bunk had come off and I rolled out of the top bund and fell 5 1/2 feet to the floor in the dark
ended up in a sitting position my little brother turnned on the light and asked me what I was doing on the floor in the dark I told him I was playing with my toesa now go back to sleep!

Yes, once I dreamt that I broke my arm. I woke up lying on it and was in great pain. Think it was just from lying on it too long and it transposed into my dream.

yes-had a dream that i fell and hurt my leg. when I woke up, my leg was hurting for no reason
