Well , Maiden would be ok , but not as good as some NITRO, that's some great loud obnoxious stuff , at least to rappers anyway. Jim Gillette sings for Nitro - he sings real high , he's actually shattered glass with his voice! THAT alone would drive any thug rapper's pit bull over the edge! HAHA!!!

Your neighbors music well at least the level it is played at could be violating laws. Call the cops. It violates a noise ordinace in most states. As it affects your quality of living in your own dwelling.

Oh man...my ex-neighbor did that...
One night, I turned my speaker as high as it would go, and blared showtunes. Cats, Phantom, Les Mis, Wicked...she was so pissed off...it was amazing. If you can't stomach the showtunes, just choose the most obnoxious genre you can find...her ears should be bleeding when all is said and done!
