No offense and I hope none is taken, but honestly your finances have been in YOUR hands for all of your life... So WHY would you put your financial future in your hands as well and take a chance on getting the same results there.... Just go to the court house and do it, bring your 3 credit reports from annualcreditreport.com its free. And the courthouse will charge a fee to process the bankruptcy.
