why is that when i piss, my penis felt a bit ichy and a bit hurt? is it any disease? or problem with my reproductive organ?

Sounds like a couple of guys here have given you the right clues, no offense women. The urinary infection thing is mostly a girl thing.
... but for you I suggest seeing a Doc, now. If you're embarrassed or don't have insurance, go to a community clinic. If you have a slight burning sensation, hurt, itch... an STD (gonorrhea or syphilis) very likely. Easily treated.
If you haven't had sex with anyone than I guess you're doing the shampoo or soap thing in the shower, that'll do it too.

Damn sucks for you sounds like a urinary trac infection or you done slept unprotected with someone that has a decease so go get checked at your local health department. If you have a desease, the person you slept with if they knew for a fact that they had the desease and didnt tell you before having sex with you, you can actually get them in big trouble that is considered a form of Murder because a desease kills you faster. hope this was helpful

The most common reason is if you masturbate with an irritant like soap and your urethral mucous membrane gets irritated.
Another reason could be an infection and also prostate problems like prostatitis. If it's not the first one, you need to see a doctor.

Sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection. I think some STD's do give that behavior also. I would get a urine sample to a doctor.
