War in Afghanistan (the Taliban are gaining control of some regions), in Irak, in Libanon, in Israel.
The Chechnya conflict in Russia will be soon spreding across all of Southern Russia and the ex-Soviet Asian countries (see www.kavkazcenter.com). Iran is growing more self confidence and agressive. Pakistan has a nuclear stockpile and the country could fall under extremists control in the next years (the political situation is not stable - the goverment is not popular). I think that the situation in the whole Caucasus Region, Middle East Region (and maybe also Pakistan) will turn into an uncontrolled situation soon. Maybe it will turn into a big war with far reaching consequences (if not the end of mankind). Sorry for my bad English. What is your opinion?

We've been on the road to Armageddon for a really long time.

No - absolutely not. People have been saying that for literally a couple thousand years. Especially in the dark ages.

Reality is a better idea. Try believing in that which can really occur. Armageddon is a religious idea, which takes faith. Faith is based on the supernatural (non-natural) or not real.

Reality: Observe the natural world. That which is testable, repeatable and observable are true. Faith/Religion has nothing to do with this.

If you must, go hide under your bed - watch out for the monsters under there - look out for goblins, ghosts, witches, angels, demons and gods.

Humanity is still in it's infancy - still climbing out of the dark ages. The real age of reason has yet to take hold. Until then we will be haunted by our fears, tormented by other peoples fears, war will continue, hatred will fester and we will continue to be ignorant of science and knowledge.

Humanity needs to get a grip and get an education.
Believe in the truth, science, knowledge- It's called reality.

Armageddon is an idea (a bad one) that needs to be buried with the idea of witches, warlocks, ferries and hob-goblins.

Armageddon? Possibly.

Who knows? If it comes, we will deal with it in our own way, we must meet our end some day as all things do. Hopefully it will not be painful or too horrible.

WW3? Definately. The islamo-fascists and the wanton terrorism and hatred of the jews and the wars are leading up to it.

The conflict's going to get worse.

Well we know that the end of the world is going to come just not sure when. Prophecies that have been made are coming true, the seasons are changing and the world is getting more corrupt. Yep I would say it's coming.

Hell no. Israel is fixing to show Hezbollah who is boss. Hezbollah and Hamas were supposed to be disarmed since the 80's and now Israel finally has the balls to make them comply. As long as the fighting stays over there, I'm not really worried about what happens. If it comes here, then it will be bad.

You didn't even mention Korea! Ugh! If you believe the Bible at all you definitely see the prophecies being fulfilled. It sort of just makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up!
