we just watched the news, i guess since he is retiring, he create a memorable way to exit. from what i have heard, m disrespected z for talking about something regarding z's folks and he didn't appreciate it. since its at the end, why not do something shocking to log it in a history book that will shock the soccer world?

Let's not forget that Materazzi is a known repeat offender. He is known to be a yapper on the field. I read he was banned for 2 months for striking another player on the pitch.
He is an idiot.
I've played competitive sport and never understood the trash talking that goes beyond the individuals. Why trash talk someone's mother, sister or wife?
I wish Zidane kept his head cool, won the World Cup and then walk over to the Italian bench and flip them the bird.

Cause materzzi insluted him by saying something about his mum an sista 3 times an then at the 3rd time zidane headbutt Materzzi said Zidane on a tv show.
