Being in complete pain for many, many years. Not being able to live a normal life. Being stuck on oxygen, paralyzed, with no arms, deaf and blind. I want to live, but only in fairly good health. I would rather pass away peacefully and painlessly than after years of pain.

Living like a zombie and do nothing. Better seek death, as it is a waste to the society. Allow someone whom is more useful to be a citizen instead.

dearth is the last stage after suffering the consequence of illness or being involved in accident, before you die you will have been in hard time of pains which is worse than dearth.death is something you cant escape but pains or illness have the alternative way to escape them.
