I have been prescribed both Nasonex and Flonase nasal sprays by two different doctors. Problem is I don't want to use this one this day and the other one the following day. Which one have you used, and how effective is it?

Hi! Actually, taking Nettles and Flax seed oil is a great way of clearing things up, as they both have an antihistamine in them. My son has bad allergies, and I give him that , plus Chammomile at night...it controls things for him, and for me. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Good luck!

My doctor Prescribed both drugs to me. Do not use them at the same time. Use one for two weeks and the other for two weeks and decide which one works best for you. They both work the same for me but I prefer nasonex because I don't like the smell of the flonase.

And it is best to stick to one doctor. If you need both of the doctors be sure both of them know "every" medicine you are using. You don't want to take the same medicine with a different name and end up OD'ing on the medicine. Make a list of medicine you use and share it with all your doctors. And if you go to a doctor and they give you a similar ask if you should stop the medicine you are using.

Uh, actually if you snort some diluted(with water) wheatgrass juice your nasal problems would go away. I know that sounds weird, but putting chemicals up your nose sounds just as weird to me.
