i have a central airconditioning system?

that i haven't used in years...today we decided to turn it on...we did the fan on top of the house is working...but no air is coming through the air vents...please help

Make sure the vents are open, i know this sounds funny but it could happen.

check the filter an the motor, if it has a belt that maybe the problem
