I believe it is a type of a tea rose, and the full name of the rose is Catherine Mermet.

The color of this rose is a light pink usually.

I am aware of an Old English Rose by the name of Catherine. It is a light pink color.

Also if you cannot find what you want then: www.fryers.roses.co.uk have a section where you can buy the right to name one of their new roses. This was it could be even more personal.
