No - only upon descent in a plane. Ask your doctor what that's all about!

I could, but don't think it is a good idea. I know I have a sinus problem but will just have to live with it. Don't think my insurance company would like me seeing yet another doctor.
You might want to see an ear specialist. This is gross - but once, my mother had a problem hearing. I took her to the doctor. He used some sort of instrument which removed a piece of hardened ear wax from her ear about 1/2 inch long. Big relief and it helped. Caution: Don't try this on your own. The ear drum is very delicate and you don't want to damage it.

I have a permanently plugged ear from a deviated septum so it might be that which you are having a problem with. Or you may have some sinus drainage into your ears you don't know about. But yes, I have to pop the other one on a regular basis especially if I have a cold. Good luck and hope this helps!!

Actually I do it for the opposite. I pop my ears so that I can have my hearing more clouded especially when there's loud noises around. It helps me to remain more focused throughout the day.

It happens to me maybe 4 or 5 times a day. Every day. Since May or before. I think it's something to do with fluid in your ears. A pharmacist told me to try Sudafed and see if that helps. Someone else told me to try using a nasal spray.
Good luck!

that happens to me too, yet i pay attention to very loud music now and back. i think of it happens to me via fact of altitude differences, and that i pop my ears on objective rather of permitting them to pop themselves, it is probable undesirable for them.
