Was it a really serious relationship.
If it wasn't then just try to go out with friends, keep yourself busy, meet new people, before you know it you'll have forgotten why you even got with him, or better yet you'll be too busy with a new guy to care about the idiot that dumped you.
BUT...If it was a serious relationship...
You could try what I mentioned first...but I'm not sure if it'll work.
I've broken up with this one guy 3 times and I just couldn't get over him....he's now my fiance....haha
Dont worry hunni, a broken heart fixes itself, you cant die from a broken heart even if it feels like you could.

I'm really sorry...but you really need to start keeping your eye out for other guys and try to slip back into the "crush" thing again. I know it sounds weird and all, but honestly if you keep lingering on that ONE guy, it's gonna crush even more. Get out with your chick friends more often and just be girls with NO guys for a while; it's a great bonding time and really helps you keep your mind off of him. Find a hobby or start working really hard on something you love doing. These are just a few of the millions of things you could try...good luck!

I`m a guy, but I hope this helps:
It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone -- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Trying to forget someone u truly loved is like trying to remember someone u never knew
If u really loved him, then it will take time to forget about him, your heart may not be whole again, but life goes on, so will you
"Don`t cry because it is over, smile because it happened"
as hard as it seems

Just went through something like that almost two months ago! Came across something that made sense to me at the time. The best way to get revenge is to forget!

Try to move on, but only if you really want to forget about them. But if you really love(d) someone you won't want to but you know in your heart that you have to let them go.Stop calling, talking to or writing to them.TRY not to acknowledge them if/when you see him. You'll always have them in your thoughts but sooner or later you'll learnt to let them go, it will be hard.

Get busy. Stay distracted. Have fun. Time will take the edge off.

give yourself alot of time to get over this guy--he will come to be history. in the mean time love yourself, pamper yourself and be #1 on your list. the greatest love affair one will ever have is the love affair with oneself. take care of you first, if you don't do it , no one else is going to do it for you. take care& good luck!

It is difficult, time is the only true healer. Get out with your girlfriends, volunteer, whatever, just get out.
