Yes, I have before, but admittedly most of the men I have dated were circumcised.
However, I'm surprised by your question. You act like being uncircumcised is equivalent to having the plague. You don't become sexually undesirable, just because you are intact. Would I go down on him? Well, I think it wouldn't be very nice to ask a guy to chop off part of his pee-pee before I'll go down on him, so of course I would.
In regards to what somebody else said about making sure it's clean, I would only do it if it was clean down there, regardless of being circumcised or not. Personal hygiene is important for *everyone* if they want to get laid! lol

Yes, I would date a man even if he is circumsized. I don't think it makes a difference at all! Sex will be great if you know how to please a girl and having foreskin still in your penis will not change that !!! My husband is not circumsized and I always give him oral sex. He enjoys it and so do I.

Absolutely! there's nothing sacred about circumcised men. Once you understand how to handle the uncircumcised penis it's really pretty cool.
