maybe to bring out awareness of how people can kill trees by wasting paper such as wrapping them around a tree? :)

Those are TP trees. It's how we grow toilet paper and July - September is the typical harvest time for TP crops. I see a job opportunity there. Have you thought about offering to pick TP before some immigrants find out about it and move in on your turf? You should ask. Tell them I sent you. :)

We use to do that on a dead tree near my house in the country, I was about 12, and when I turn about 15 I swear to you it was the most beautiful tree that I ever seen.

Well technically, all trees are potentially tp, but yes your neighbors' all have enemies or your town is full of bored kids!

It's prank teenagers do to people. Honestly, it's extremly fun and andrenaline filled. If your a teen, join the pack and do it! Buts it's like that from kids and their damn pranks.
