Because they get caught in the moment and start to feel crazy i guess to fit in with the music...

Girls do it to show their boobs. Guys do it probably to stay cool, because it is incredibly hot in some venues. If I was a guy, I'd take my shirt off too, but because I'm not a groupie skank, I leave it on & suffer!
