There a number of possible ways, none guaranteed, but ways nevertheless, but it would be too lengthy to describe it in generic terms....given the brevity of your question. It's possible some people here on the forum might produce leads if they knew the womans full name, city, or anything that gives them something to work with. If you went to school with the woman, then the school maintains alumni records of each of the years too.

Contact her parents. Her parents are probably still in the house she grew up in. Send them a quick note or even write to her and address it to their address with her name on it.
(double check the phone book to be certain they are still in the house first)
