Because when we're in the womb as embryos, both genders are more or less the same until about 14 weeks into pregnancy. Then the hormones kick in that make us male or female. Before then, the nipples are already present in both sexes. The difference is that female hormones (estrogen) later cause females to develop breasts (and to produce milk), while that doesn't happen with males. In other words, male nipples are leftovers from the time when all embryos shared the same traits in the womb.

Guys have nipples because guys have breasts.

In fact, some boys actually have partially WORKING breasts - that is,
during puberty, they actually secrete milk (just as girls may during
puberty).

In this country, boys so afflicted are sometimes operated on to have
the associated glands removed, both to reduce size and because
who, as a boy, wants to secrete milk?

Breasts are secondary sex organs and occur in both genders - just
not with the full hormonal expression in men (because they aren't
flooded with estrogen).

Flood a guy with estrogen, and indeed his breasts will grow to,
generally, one cup size less than his mother's.

The shape of the nipple is determined pretty early on, so estrogen
will not effect the surrounding skin tissue, but it will make a generally
dormant set of glands actually work.

Read the book Why do Men Have Nipples. Pretty strange and interesting facts inside of that one.

Men not only have nipples but rudimentary breast tissue too

Like women, men's breasts are influenced by hormonal changes. In some circumstances, such as in liver disease, levels of female-type hormones may rise and the breasts may grow.

Men can even make breast milk if their nipples are stimulated enough!

Nipples, however, are formed before this masculinisation process takes place, and nothing that goes on later reverses this.

After a child is conceived, it is automatically female (who have nipples for feeding children) this goes for everyone.

As it grows, the sex hormones kick in and if the male hormone, testosterone, kicks in, the once female genitalia become male.... but it still has the nipples.

Man was created to appear physically perfect. Imagine a man man naked and without a nipple, he would looks like a cartoon character. Besides, this is design so that women can s--k ours too, like what we are doing to them. I think, you know the reason more than us.

We would look funny without em tho!

Guess its just a common gene trait that both sexes share, womens just kick in and grow at puberty.

Both boy fetuses and girl fetuses develop identically up to a certain point, at which time sex differentiation kicks in. Nipples develop before that point.

I think that that very fact disproves evolution altogether. There is absolutely no reason for men to still have them.
