Ok, I can't match pig wrestling, but my area has festivals for every European ethnicity you can think of: Italian, Irish, Ukranian, Greek, etc. Frankly, I can't tell the difference between them.
We also have the Spiedie Fest every year. What? You've never heard of a spiedie? Well, people here seem to think it's a world famous dish, though I can assure you it's not. The spiedie is--get ready for it--a chicken sandwich with a special kind of sauce! Spiedie sauce! Fancy, right?
