all of us were in the house at one point, my bf was accounted for, he was with me all the time, and both of us never went into the room where the money was. My sis and her bf (they are short on money, and will be kicked out of their house soon) were both in that room, unatended. i think my sis has stolen money from me before, but i didnt want to start a war within the family so i shut my mouth. my sis is also bipolar, i dont know if that has anything to do with it. but who do you think did it, and what should i do? i dont want my bf to be unwelcome from my family! HELP!

p.s.i have no clue what to out this under, we need more catagorys!

there is no question if i am a good judge of character. my sister and her bf were over to do laundry, and my bf wasnt there at the same time. just the same day, around half an hour between the two visits. my bf was my guest, and we had only gone to the level of the room twice, and i was with him each time. i sure as he** am not going to pay the money if it was my sis that stole it. she may have the history of stealing money. PEACE

Being Bipolar your sister does not understand theft as we do, she is thinking "hey i could use that $20, after all she is my mother". Get your sister some help.Your driving your mother up the wall!! i think your sister needs to stay away from your mothers, commit her for evaluation of her bi-polar condition. Tell her bf to stay away and keep a close eye on your bf.

Try talking to your parents and let them know that what happen to you. Hopefully the money was missed placed. I don't think that being bipolar has to do with it, but making the choice of wrong and right and who one hangs with does. Who ever it is, hopefully will get caught. As far as the bf , I hope your right about him and maybe your parents will calm down and find a solution to the theft then maybe they can tell you sorry to the both of you.

if i were your mom no one would be welcome in my house anymore. (i mean your friends). if money starts coming up missing, one has to wonder whether or not you're a very good judge of character. why was his sister and his sisters boyfriend there? apparently it wasn't to keep you two company. so what exactly were they doing there? if i were mom, i'd make you pay it back. it would cost you $20 to learn how to keep a better eye on YOUR guests. and the only reason you're accusing your sister is so that you don't upset your "boyfriend". but odds are it wasn't your sister. she may be bipolar, but that doesn't make her a thief. perhaps your boyfriend's sister has stolen from you before and it wasn't your sister after-all.

If your boyfriend was never in the same room as your mom's purse than why would anybody be mad at him?

When I was a teenager and my sister stole from our mom, I kicked her ***!! In front of her boyfriend!!!!

Fighting may not be the answer here, but it sure did scare my sister. She knew better than to try that crap again.

Well your sis is bipolar...so she most likely did it. Either that or her boyfriend could've done it but it was probably your sis because she would know more about where the money was or where the purse was, etc.

it will probably show up...hopefully know one took it.

be calm and let this play out.

let your mom know you want the truth too but you really were with your bf the whole time.

Tell your mom that if she doesn't apologize to your bf, then you're leaving.
