From what I have gathered, we are more demanding and harder on ourselves than others. Decent people tend to see our better sides. The ones that don't, hey who really cares what they think.

I agree with Lulucakes32, at work people take whatever opinion of you that they want and that is their opinion (which they continally try to spit, polish and shine to make a fact) but is never the REAL fact.
Almost Never do people get a sense of the real me without sometime to get to know me. Most times over the years and even now, persons assume oh she's shy or she's so quiet or "too nice" or she's very silly or a "dumb blonde". However, I took two years of college-level computer programming in high school (the last year I was the ONLY girl in a class of 4 persons), took lots of honors classes, volunteered at my High School library nearly every day for about 3 years of High School just because I love to read and like to help people, and finished with the the top 10% of my class.
On deeper inspection, they say I'm very generous, very chatty/talktive, very friendly and very intelligent.

not always, some people see you as something different, it's pre judging and believe it or not but everyone is prejudgice (sp) and so if you saw a person that was wearing all black some people might think they smoke and drink and have sex with people and cut themselves but that person might go to church and be happy and all that. Not all people are what you think they are, it all depends on how you present yourself!

at work, no, people think i am a *****, which i'm not, i just don't want to be at work!
i am actually a very happy and caring person around people i know but when i am out i don't smile a lot (i just can't have a perma grin all the time) so people think i have an attitude
i can't help it, it's just how i am i guess but i don' t let it bother me
