would you feel uncomfortable voting for a woman and instead vote for her male opponent? Even if she was right on all the issues, would it still bother you that she was a woman?

Man or woman, neither would be right on all issues. Of course I could vote for a woman if I felt she was the right person to run our great country. And if she gets rid of the illegals and gets them off our backs.

If she was right on ALL of the issues, I would have no problem voting for a woman. However, the women who are being talked about as Presidential candidates do nothing for me...

You would have to define 'right' on the issues. That is an improbability. I would vote for whom ever presents the best case for their position. Background experience is important. i.e. 'Track record'.
As long as it isn't Hillary Clinton. But then I'm not sure if she really is a woman.

It would clearly depend on the woman. I'd love to see someone like
Madeline Albright - however, she can't (foreign born).

I'd vote for Hillary Clinton over most of the candidates she would be
likely to run against. Not with enthusiasm, mind you, but given a choice
of her vs. the current president - or any of his cronies, wouldn't you?

I wouldn't have a problem voting for a woman if she shared my positions on the issues.

I would not vote for her just because she was a woman. For example, I can't stand Hilary Clinton, but would vote for Oprah Winfrey in a heartbeat. She is open and honest, and compassionate. Hilary is just a man in a woman's suit.

Yes, I would vote for her if she was more qualified. A woman would make a great president!

I have am a voter but I don't vote but to answer your question I think that a majority of people believe women don't fight as dirty as men do. Women know what price is on their head and they don't take that lightly. But to answer your question, no I don't think I'd worry that she's a woman.

I wouldn't vote for any candidate based soley on her sex. I'd vote based on her platform. I'm guessing any female candidate would be a democrat, since republicans don't make female candidates. So, partisanship won't be a problem.
