Hi,
It can be many things. Allergies, Poison Oak etc. Use Benedryl, and stay out of the sun. Not hot water. Don't shave. Don't use anything on your face, except I would recommend Hydrogen Pyroxide. Ask a Pharmacist, and then if you don't get relief, you will have to have further testing with your Physician. Keep a log of your meals. Anything unusual? Immunizations for travel. Some have side effects.

Sounds like contact dermatitus, sometimes we are not aware of washing our clothes in different soap or brushing against someone and when we are highly allergic and many people don't realize they are, break out like you describe. If you put your face against someones clothing that is washed in a soap you are allergic to. Or out in the yard, poison ivy??? Some people are so highly allergic they just walk by and get it. Unless you were having sex or kissing someone with herpes or they were kissing you. Herpes is highly infectious and can be contacted anywhere. Drinking from straws, kissing, sex, lipstick, anything. there are 100,000 strains of herpes.Did someone kiss your face with a cold sore. Try benadryl 50mg, take per the box instructions, if its allergy a good antihistimine should start clearing it up. If not contact the family doctor and he can prescribe a steroid cream. That should get rid of it really fast.If it spreads further see a skin doctor.(dermatologist) Oh one more, sun poison from too much sun could cause blisters.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.
Luckly there is a cure for herpes https://tr.im/c57e5

I would say get to the doctor! I don't know of anything like that, so get it checked out. Also, you can all of a sudden be allergic to something that you weren't to before, so, get in and get it checked. Good luck!

See a dermatologist. There have been cases where people developed allergies from items they've used for years, just see a doctor so you can find out for sure.

Have you been in the woods or working in your yard? It may be poison ivy/oak. Caladryl lotion will help with itching and irritation and dry it up. If it's not getting better see a doc.

It sounds like a pretty bad sunburn to me. You can get blisters on your face from too much sun.
