All the people I work with are like 30 years older than me! Any exceptions live far away.
I know no one around here.
No one goes to bars alone, so don't even suggest it.
What do I do?

Umm.. that's tough and sorry bout that! But if you want to get to know more people, go to the movies and make yourself known. you gotta get out there otherwise you'll never have friends.

Go to the same coffee shop for a few weeks and be friendly to people you see there. You can be one of the regulars. Join a church that has singles mixers. Take up ballroom dancing. I guarantee you will be popular there. Take a cooking class. Women will be more than interested in you. Look in the local paper for interesting activities.

I have no friends either. But I do go to bars alone, not often. But its easier to meet people when you are alone. And I am an only child, in my 40's now. Everyone just stays home on the damn computer.

Show up at the local Christian church, listen to the gospel message and ask Jesus to come into your heart. Then you will have a whole family of friends that are generally of a higher caliber than the average person.

if your a guy you can go to the bar alone, go to picnics, bands go for walks hey they say laundry mats but I dont know. I met mine @ a truck stop go figure we been together fpr 10 yrs

Go play pool and ask people to play, have a beer or two. Go to a coffee shop.

u could go fishing or bowling..am certain they have some kind of recreation center...i know theres a fishing hole.u will be surprised at the ppl u meet.
