1. Insert Blank CD Into computer.
2. Find files on your hard drive that you want on the CD
3. Select the files you want on the CD (hold down CTRL while
clicking to select more than one file).
4. Right click the last one and select Send To > CD-RW Drive
5. Go To Start > My Computer > CD-RW Drive
6. On the left, click Write Files to CD.
7. Follow the instructions on the wizard.

That's assuming you have Windows XP.

Well, if you have an audio program like Windows Media Player, etc. it's pretty simple. You also obviously need a CD burner on your computer, into which you should insert a blank CD-R. If you have both, just open up your media program, select the songs you wish to burn (making sure they are in the right format), and select "burn to CD" from the options on the task bar. It will begin to burn them and check them off as it goes, when each is burned. Once it has finished with them all, you are done and can remove your CD from the burner and is ready to play.

If you have a HP it probably has a program called record now or sonic record now....open it up and follow the directions. If you are copying a cd that you already have ...you'll have to choose that option and put yourr cd into the drive. if you want to burn music that is on your computer choose that option and you'll have to know what folder you have it stored in so you can open the folder and choose your files.
