Harley Race would. He's got 8 NWA World Championship reings and Piper...you know I don't think he has ever been the Heavy weight Champion anywhere. I could be wrong, but he was a Heavy Weight Champ, the title wasn't prestigious. Anyway, Harley Race would kick, punch, and cheat his way to victory.
