Are you serious? Well, there are many answers if you are serious, so I'll tell you a little bit about each of them and let you make up your own mind.

Assuming whatever kind of wizardry you want, you could go several routes. My personal favourite would be a Buddhist temple. Most people wouldn't call the psionic actions developed by the Buddhists wizardry, but I don't know what else to call it. You don't, of course, have to go to the temple to practice the meditations they teach, but it would be a good place to go if you want to leave your house.

Another place would be a Polytheistic religious site, as most of the polytheistic religions involve a level of magic usage. Some of the ones that come out at the top of my head would be...um...Hindu, Shinto, even the American Indian religions if you will.

You could always look into Wicca. Find a Coven near you, if there is one. Though typically Wiccans call themselves Witches, male or female.

Or if you are looking for the fake magic, the kind you have at magic shows, you could always go to a magic shop. I don't know of any specific libraries per se for them.

Please also note that magick, the real stuff, is pretty dangerous and is condemend by the bible. (Galations 5:20, Revelations 21:8)

If you do decide to pursue the path, be sure that you do so with a clean and clear concience.

the Library at Unseen University, in Ankh-Morpork, on Diskworld. the magical aura there is really strong; it turned the librarian into an orangutan. and of course he refused to be turned back by the wizards; he could be the best librarian on the disk the way he is now. and is.

Do you mean the Akashic Records? Gad! took me ages to remember the name of that! Ran from roof to cellar looking for the spell book it was in! Didn't find it and finally was able to dredge the name up out of my memory! LOL. You reach the Akashic record through meditation.... I'm sure there's more info out on the web, Good Luck!

From what I've researched, not too much mind you, you are able to go to any place in this world, or on another plane once you are able to master the skill of astral projection...they say that some Buddhist monks are able to visit Shangri-La via this method...Good luck :)

their powers rise up through their subconscious minds. the teachings can never be contained in books. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

i dont know what the names are. but they are usually located in castle towers. you have to be careful going up there because of the vampires and werewolves. but if you have a unicorn its usually not a problem.
