For a boys name i like Andrew better. Adrian can go both ways, and when you are telling people who your baby is and say Adrian (since babys tend to look genderless) they will be a bit confused unless you dress them in Blue all the time. Andrew is a definate boys name. And if you are not talking about a babys name, then Andrew is still my fav. b/c you can give cute nicknames like Andy, or Drew
