BUDGET
This will be hard. You should probably live at home or get a roomate because $800/monthly is not going to cut it today.

It'll be hard to live on $800 a month, but not impossible. Your best bet would be to have a roommate so that you can share rent and utilities. Are you including the car payment in the things you'll have to pay for with that $800?

Shop at stores like Aldi's for groceries, and cut out restaurants except as a very rare splurge. Learn to cook from scratch, and dump the ready made stuff.

You need to live in an area with mass transportation that will get you to work. Car payments, insurance, gas and parking fees will eat you alive. Your apartment need not be in the high rent district and should be multiple bedroom where you can get roommates.
Sell the car, take the bus to work, by a bicycle and rent a three bedroom apartment with two room mates in a low rent apartment. Do not eat out as even fast food will eat up your budget. You will be happier and less stressed if you live within your budget.

The car is a huge expense (payment, gas, insurance, maintenance) that you may not really need if you live in an urban area. Also, DONT EAT OUT. Its amazing how quickly you can go through $100 eating out. Also, shop at discount food stores like Aldi or Save-a-Lot.
