You'll need an RCA cable to go from the player to the tv. If you have a newer tv, you should be able to see where they connect.

Unfortunately, older televisions only have a coaxial connection. If this is the case then you can buy an RF converter from radio shack for your tv. That should do it...!

If you just bought it there should be an instruction book showing typical hook-ups.
You don't say what you want the unit to do so it is hard to give you a hook up scheme. Basics are: each unit has a input section and a output section. The TV has inputs.
Hook the output of your unit to the input of the TV.

there are 4 ways t do this ur dvd device may have 1. rca video 2 s-video 3 component video or 4. hdmi video. I listed them in order from good to better and each one of these cables is different. They range in price from 1.99 for your rca video to 200.oo for hdmi
