Yes you can use your own fat on your buttocks, but because it is fat, if you lose weight your buttocks will lose the fat as well. It is safer to do what you wanna do but it won't last long. Do exercises to tone up your buttocks and that might help you to not have to do the same procedure again and keep it firm. Good luck!
