It's probably hormonal at your age, BUT the earlier you start to eat right the fitter you will stay and the longer you will live (barring accidents of course) If you cut out wheat products and some dairy (but remenber you need to get calcium from somewhere, maybe soy) you would be doing your body a lot of good. I have just spent thousands on getting my diet sorted out and getting advice. I offer it to you for free! I have been put on the stone-age diet, which is fish, meat, vegetables and fruit, nuts (not too many-a handful a day is all) and seeds. No tea or coffee as it damages the liver. Plenty of water. You'll keep your liver clean this way and it'll be able to cope with the occasional lapse. It seems hard at first, until you get used to it. I tried a cup of coffe last week and it tasted disgusting! Junk food may fill you up but it's only got a minimal amount of real food in it! Don't wait until you're really sick before doing something, start now.

Any healthy diet regardless of weight issues are the same. You should always limit the fats and high sugar foods. Make the main parts of your diet heavy on the fruits and veggies and smaller portions of lean meats and breads. Drinking plenty of water is great for your skin. The junk foods that we all love should still be included in your diet but only in small portions on occasion. Not a daily part of your diet.

Stay away from grease riddled foods--fast food specifically. Also stay away from processed foods as much as possible--especially with anything that is labeled with High Fructose Corn Syrup or Partially Hydrogenated Oils. Eat fruits and vegetables--at least 5 servings a day in total. Eat whole grain breads, not white bread. Balance your meals--have fruit or veggies at every meal and your plate should be at least 1/3 full of them. Good luck!

The website below gives a lot of common recommendations of what to eat to help your skin. And chocolate causing acne is an old wives tale so don't believe that, it's not true at all. You can also visit oprah.com and she has had a lot of shows of how to eat the healthiest diet that actually helps with specific things, your face, your brain, your digestion, all that kind of stuff its pretty interesting.

Probably just your age. (although you should eat well anyway!) Try Proactiv or the generic equivalent at Walmart--it seems to work.

I disagree with Sonie on the chocolate - chocolate is our friend!!!
I would cut down on soda - even diet soda.
