after when the bady starts moving down into your vergina will you have it?

I would say a few weeks probably, there is no exact answer. Try getting a pregnancy book or looking on-line for other symptoms besides this one that may help you out more. Good luck and congratulations. I have two wonder children!!!!!

Unfortunately, everyone is different. I am assuming that you are talking about lightening, when the baby drops down. This happens at different times-it could be weeks and week. However,if you are referring to the actual head already showing in the vagina-you have no time at all and should get to a hospital.

my daughter turned upside down 2 weeks before. Some babies don't start moving till after the water breaks. it all depends.

The baby can drop 2 weeks before you deliver. Some babies don't drop until delivery. It varies a lot.

Once you are fuuly dilated and the baby is moving out , it could be minutes.
