you can meet someone in person and they are a criminal or pervert, but the Internet is far more deadly. people can literally HIDE behind a few keystrokes, proceed with caution, listen and if you get any discrepancies, haul ***!

You can't be sure with someone anywhere you meet, not only in the net. You need sometime to know the person before going into a long term relationship.

It's hard to know, even if you know the person in reality. Just gotta follow your heart and make wise decisions.
