Why do the good die young? Why are there so many idiots everywhere?

A lot of people that die young are good, but some of us live forever. As for the idiots, it's because the DOT gave them a license.

Because they're doing good acts. Example:

An innocent "good", if you will, young boy escorts an elderly citizen across the road, thus avoiding her from being hit by oncoming traffic. Too bad he got hit.

Some Opinions:

-The Good are willing to stand up and do what's right even if the consequense is death
-Because the truely good accomplished all that they came here to accomplish...although it is awful for ANYONE to die young, in some way, their death may impact another person in some amazing way and change their life.
-have heard, "This world is no place for a gentleman!" (that means "gentlewoman" too by the way). It's like if you are relatively a sane person, and you're thrown into an insane asylum, how long are you going to last? One way or the other, you'll leave. Or surrender to the insanity.
-That's a great question , and frankly i don't know the story behind it. But i do know that Life is a test, so its short and quick. "It's like a toilet roll that closer to the end you get the faster it goes!

"There's a land beyond the river we call the sweet forever, and we only get to that shore by faith's decree!"

What im trying to say is that if they lived to long they might begin to make sins and loose their goodness!
-Because they've accomplished what they were here for. Some people are here to help others grow. We all take turns. It's sad when it happens, but I have to believe they were not here for nothing. When young people die, it touches everyone around them and even people they've never met.
-First,none are "good",because the Bible says,there none good,no not one. When it's your time to die,whether we are young or old,makes no difference,it's our time.Everyone has an expiration date on us,we dont know when that expiration date is,that's why it is good to live each day if it was your last,and more importantly to live for the Lord because He makes life worth living and He gives contentment to live this life.The Bible says it is appointed unto man to die once,and after this the judgment.
-Isaiah 57

1 The righteous perish,
and no one ponders it in his heart;
devout men are taken away,
and no one understands
that the righteous are taken away
to be spared from evil.

2 Those who walk uprightly
enter into peace;
they find rest as they lie in death.
-I wish I knew.

It really seems unfair when so many criminals, violent gang members, sex offenders, drugies, and killers are still living, when they should be the ones that die first.

I'm sorry for anyone who has lost a loved one, mostly when young. Maybe they have to die to save someone else, or to teach a lesson to their friends or classmates, or maybe God needs them to become an angel that watches over family/friends to protect them.

Cherish your loved ones and be sure you tell them how much they mean to you on a regular basis, because you never know.

Of course.... you could ask "why do the bad survive"?

The 2nd answer is easier than the first. There are idiots everywhere just like there are smart & wise people everywhere. But the idiots seem to call attention to themselves.

The first question? - The good sometimes die young, sometimes at a ripe old age. My aunt died at 92, my father at 57, my cousin at 18 & my nephew at age 4.
The bad also die sometimes young, sometimes old. We are just more shocked when someone young dies, especially when they are good.

We think the good die young, but do they? Really?
We don't know for sure. We can't draw conclusion only from what we know, while we don't really know the majority rest.
I used to think that too, so I'm not blaming you.
The thing is, we don't know the future, we don't even know what'll happen 1 hour from now. What we can do is to make every second of our lives count.

As for the question about idiots, uhm .. I don't know.
