I am looking for websites that offer FREE pictures of tattoo designs - often these websites charge you. I am not looking for unicorn/roses and skulls biker chick tattoos - more for tribals and neato designs

Once again, most websites censor their images so that you cannot view them unless you pay, I am looking for FREE sites.

Pretty much any picture can be turned into a tattoo. So you don't need to look specifically for pics of tattoos. Just pics.
One thing you can punch into a search engine is "temporary tattoo". A lot of the temp tattoo sites don't require money.

Ya, just run several searches for the type of pictures you are looking for or go to the website of a couple of local tattoo artists.
But I have never heard of them censoring their own work. After all, it's not like they are photocopying stuff onto your body - it is very dependent on the talent of the artist.
