A comfortable pair of jeans, a loose top. Maybe a simple necklace. Leave the rings at home, they can be painful when holding the ball, rolling the ball down the alley.

Ok... well it depends on your gender.
If you are a guy wear:
-bootcut jeans
-rugby or polo shirt (short-sleeved)
-medium length socks
-any old shoes (you will have to wear the bowling shoes they provide)
If you are a girl wear:
-tight jeans (but not too tight that you can't bend)
-polo shirt or T-shirt
-socks
-any shoes, don't worry about matching because you will be wearing the shoes the bowling alley provides anyway
-some cute necklaces and earrings (nothing on your fingers because it will get in the way).

Girl the best things to wear is what I call the simple girl dress to impress.
Wear some nice stretch jeans light blue they attract attention.
With a white tank top and heels to match
Know just to let you know if you can't walk in heel wear the simple sandal heel just to being out the look
