A little scruff can be sexy -- but hygiene is essential!!!!!!!! And don't think it has anything to do with monthly cycles. If you're normally cleancut and wholesome, it just gives you a nice little edge.. ;)

Not really, it just depends on the girl. Some girls like men who look like they don't give a crap what they look like and some like em where they are dressed up and clean all the time.
