In My Opinion I would say Inuyasha is the best Anime Character.

Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha, Ruka Tsuchiya and Touga from Revolutionary Girl Utena, Vash from Trigun, Sousuke Sagura from Full Metal Panic, Daisuke and Dark from D.N.Angel, Yusuke Urameshi and Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, I think they are the best because they are all really cute but also ha a skill of some sort.
