I'm not altogether sure if you are looking for a boy's name that has that 'meaning' or a name that when you look at it and say it, it implies one who is lively and energetic or mischievious. You can find many boys names...whole lists of them....including lists of names and their origins by keyword such as "lively boys names". But also there's an (off beat) site with boy and girl 'cat' names (yes, kitty cats), but if you peruse the name suggestions under boys, it may spark an idea for a 'visual' representation of a lively name, rather than a non-visual, but with origins of liveliness.

All that occur to me now are Vito, and Vidal, both of which mean "Life". I hope you aren't planning to attach either one to a helpless baby.
