First try rinsing his eye with warm water. DO NOT RUB IT. There could be debree stuck in his eye and you can cut his cornea by accident. If this doesnt work apply a small amoutn of neosporin and take him into the vet.
It could be mites, a infection or a fungus.

He may have an eye infection, or mites. Better get him looked at by a vet.

Well there could still be shed skin holding it together.Or as someone said earlier leopards do wink sometimes but it is most likely mites or there is still shed skin on his eye and he cannot open it.

Well, if it is not some kind of illness, it is probably the same reason my iguana does it. it is a sence of protection/trust, when something is about to prey on them, they will close one eye, the preditor will stare down at it, but if it is not going to hurt it, it,being a friendly animal, will also close one eye to let it know that it can trust this animal.
