I mean they're killing our people in Iraq and sitting back, smiling and clapping Israel slaughters hundreds of Lebanese and palestinian people.

What do the iraqi people have to do with osama bin laden? What do the lebanese people have to do with hezbollah? Why do they enjoy killing innocent people as an excuse to fight terrorism?

If you're really fighting terrorism why aren't you killing terrorists? Why are so focused on killing innocent people?

Have you ever read Orwell's 1984?

People are brainwashed during wars to think and act in a certain way or else it is "unpatriotic."

People need to learn to think for themselves.

You are pretty funny, so you think Hezbollah is firing greeting cards disguised as weapons on Haifa, well I wish you had told somebody in Israel. The Lebanese don't get rid of Hezbollah, hence Hezbollah can use Lebanon to fire missiles into Israel. You know, maybe I'm wrong but you seem to only be worried about Iraq and Palestinians, there is another group dying here, maybe you're a Muslim Arab, well I think I figured it out that you are probably anti-semetic and have a lot of buddies in Iran, that must be it. Your one sided view doesn't matter, it is so obviously tipped to one side. Sorry

I don't know what other Americans like. I don't like watching the wars going on in the middle East or watching anyone die. It's gut wrenching. Israel is after Hezbollah because Hezbollah wants to kill all Israelis. Unfortunately Hezbollah is in Lebanon in force.

Do you realize how small Israel is compared to the rest of the Arab nations in the Middle East. Israel is fighting for survival.
And the Palestine is a territory, not a people. Never has been.

I don't approve of killing anyone.

The world leaders (in the USA, Iraq, Israel, Afganistan, Syria, Iran, and just about everywhere else) want to be seen as strong. Sitting back and doing nothing isn't *strong* enough for them.

Hezzbollah wanted to be seen as strong, so they kidnapped an Israeli soldier. Israel wanted to be seen as strong, so they struck back at anywhere that Hezbollah might be.

Islamic extremists wanted to show off their strength, so they attacked an office building full of clerks. The USA wanted to show their strength, so they attacked the general vicinity of where they thought the extremists came from.

The leaders are sitting thousands of miles away from the killing. To them, it's strategy, like moving pieces around on a chessboard. They don't see the blood or the wrecked lives.

As long as the leaders don't suffer, the killing will continue on all sides.

They always DO.!

They can't capture or kill extremists rather they will kill innocent civilians to CHEER.

That's why I don't see America has any intention of stopping Israel from invading Lebanon.

That's why many Muslims were clapping and cheering when 3000 died on 9/11. And I don't understand, why does everyone think Hitler was such a bad guy? All he did was try to get rid off the world of some dirty Jews.!

"pro_and_contra" is a Racist Bastard.!

It is very rude of you to think all Americans enjoy watching ANYONE die. First off, there are many Muslims that ARE American. Do you really think they feel that way? Second, many Americans know we have no business in Iraq. We got lead there by a bunch of dummies. Aka politicans. Doesn't matter what party, they're dummies. Third, and the eviliest answer, those who leave this world get to be with God. Isn't that the best part of life? Getting to be with God.

Dear SSc,

Over twenty years ago, when I was in St. Mary's Church praying with a small Catholic Charismatic Prayer group in the evening, an angel of God spoke to me and asked me to pray for Iraq. At the time, I thought I heard incorrectly because Iran's Religious Leader was promoting so much hate abroad, but I honored God's wish of me and the people of Iraq have become a great concern to me over the years.
I pray every day for the people of Iraq and now understand how God's heart was trying to tell me all His people need prayers; it doesn't matter who is in the spot light at the moment, because others were or would be persecuted and need strength and faith to get through.
The pain in my heart everyday when I turn on the radio when I hear so many are hurt and killed in Iraq is great.
Please don't listen to anger or generalize in your thinking, you may turn away future friends.
Pray and really listen for God's voice and be open to swallow your pride or go against popular opinion.
God is good. Jesus is the Prince of Peace.
May peace come to every heart and every village and every nation!
Love,
Lily

Not all americans enjoy it there are many against it...Were Trying to stop it...
I agree with u some and I'm american
My best friend is Muslim
I think there culture is neat
People are always judging their family for where they are from...
People need to Learn about them before they judge them...
Yea they believe different - but dont we all,
we are all different in someway...
And i agree what do the people living there have to do with it, why not just the terrorists...Not everyone needs to be assosiated with it...

But maybe also because :
Many from over there might be the difficulty too..Why are they kidnapping americans...We are trying to help...This might also cause hurt...
What about 9/11...This has an large effect on it...

Why were many muslims clapping and cheering when 3000 died on 9/11?? This is war, there are gonna be innocents dying in the crossfires of war, it's inevitable and we aren't killing them! The Terrorists are, get that in your head.
And how about Muslims going into Israel and killing innocent israelies?? Israel is defending itself and you need to realize that.

I definately agree with you. I am a Muslim and I think how other Muslims are being treated is completely unfair. The real problems started after the war in Iraq. How many terrorists have, since then, emerged? Thousands. Before the war, there were still terrorists around, but not in the quantities we see today. All of them are showing up to protest the war, thus nothing good is actually being accomplished. The better solution to our problems is through diplomacy, not bombs.

Our Country Rescued Thousands of Lebanese in the past few days and they were complaining that the conditions on the boat were not up to their standards i.e. no a/c the food was crappy, some got sea sick. If my country was attacked and I was resuced free of charge from another country I would be grateful. I was sickened to turn my local news on here in canada and to see the way these people were badmouthing the way Canada Resued them, talk about nerve.
