On sims, what code can I use to give my sim full modd bars ithout losing all of their skills?

If you dont wanna connect to the internet to get the cheats,faq's and tricks then download the software called 'Cheatbook database 2006'. It has cheatcodes for all gaming consoles.

I don't know of any code you can use for the original sims to max their mood bars. There are downloads of objects that will do this for you though. Try looking at http://www.cheapfrills.com , they have a picture of a baby that when your sim looks at it, everything goes green. They also have a lot of interesting downloads there. Another good site for sims 1 downloads is http://www.c-and-c-enterprises.com , but i don't think they have an energizer item. There is a rejuvenation chamber at http://www.simslice.com (under electronics)... kinda looks like a shower and it maxes all motives too.
If you have sims2, just open the cheat dialogue box and type: maxmotives and it will max all motives for the sim that was selected.

I'm assuming Sims2... Press ctrl+shift+c, then type "boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true" (without quotes) when you're on the neighborhood screen. Then go to which ever family you want to play. Sees to be able to let you do anything.
