I'm never wear make-up but im goin to a function. i have fair skin, blue-gray eyes, and very pinkish lips. hair is light brown.

I want to look natural... so i don't want gaudy stuff. i want people to not really notice that i'm wearing it; sort of highlighting what s good about my features.

i think brown would work best . Use a little eyeliner and where your bottom lashes are, and it will also make your eyes look whiter! Also what about a very light bronzer, and a very light brown shadow? Lip gloss is always good too!! Don't forget the mascara! (brown as well)!!

I have bluish green eyes, and have used a gold/yellowish powder shadow. It goes on very soft, and is a good compliment. Also looks pretty natural.

Foundation: use a liquid or a powder, if your using a liquid apply with a sponge dab it on your cheeks nose and chin and blend well

Powder: Also close to your skin color and apply with a brush and sweep it on

Liner: Use a black or brown liner on top only close to the lash line for that natural look

Mascara: Grab a color to match your liner and apply 1/2 coats on the top only also for a natural look

Shadow: use a brown or tan with a pink shimmer on top of the lid and blend well

To be natural stray away from blush but for a cute natrual sun look put a light pink on your cheeks and nose

Lips: top it off with a sheer/ pink or lavender gloss

Face makeup use Bare Esenctuals {I.E. foudnation, powder and blush}
Eye makeup for funky eyecolors try MAC or hard candy otherwise try Clinique or Maybelline
Lips I really like NYC but you do have to re-apply if you dont want to try Revlon Color Stay

I would play up your eyes with a brownish colored eye shadow which will really make your blue eyes pop. Black or brown eye liner is optional, but would look nice for the evening. Don't forget the mascara. Go for a peachy blush and go easy on the lips if you go with a more dramatic eye.

here's the tips:
eyes:: mix a light blue eyeshadow with a white eyeshadow, and apply to your eyes, but only on the part of your eyes that cover your eye.not toward the eyebrow, but toward the eyelash part of your eyelid.
cheeks:: choose a blush that is only slightly darker than your natural skin tone.don't over do it.
lips::go with a lip gloss that accentuates but doesn't exasperate. for your lip color i would choose a light red/dark pink color.

hope this works for you.

for eye shadow, browns make blue eyes pop, I'd recommend a sheer brown shadow with some gold shimmer in it to bring some warmth to your face, a sheer warm peach blush, peach lip gloss and a coat of mascara! if you have brown hair it will bring lots of warmth, if you have blonde or red hair it will play up the nice warm toned colouring you have! hope this helped, haha i watch makeover shows a lot so i know.

Covergirl is inexpensive, and nice. The have "natural"...and it would look good. I have the same skin tone and eye color...check it out. With eyeshadow, pick out something, of a light pink or very light purple.....that should do it!

get a light colored foundation and use the almay eye make up for your eye color. I use the green ones they are great. For the lips get a lip gloss or something

i would use a dark brown in the crease of your eye and a lighter brownish goldish color just slightly higher (remember to blend)... then just a light, neutral gloss and some light, peach colored blush

oh, and mascara just on the top lashes
