that is if your brain has something in there, so yes maybe subconsciously you may have it, since mental imbalace may ease the brain to just answer it without doubt

For some people having a few drinks (drunk or almost drunk) helps them enlighten their mental status. For others, it's the other way around!

I've never taken an IQ test sober - let alone intoxicated... so I would assume no.
