As the above said, the heat can reduce fertility, but Wi-Fi operates on a 2.4 Ghz frequency band, which has been deemed as having no negative health effects. You would need to go much higher on the frequency range, before they could become possibly cancerous.

Recent studies have shown that using a laptop reduces fertility in men. The theory is that the laptop emits enough warmth to raise the temperature of the groin one to two degrees, destroying sperm and causing infertility.
