wet a flannel or cloth and wipe your face with it then get a breeze going with a fan or something similar and flow it across your damp face, this will feel like pure heaven if your to hot ! an alternative is to drive somewhere in the car with the windows down to get a cool breeze going. But if its sleeping that's the problem then just open your bedroom door then your bedroom window and get a through draft going then i suggest lying on top of the bed sheets with nothing on and in addition to that get a bowl of water with ice in it and every now and then dip your fingers in and drip the cold water on the pillow and then it should be damp and cold to lay on, you could also use the finger dipping method and just drip the cold water over your body and face. Hope this helped !

I have this trouble being a scottish girl in jersey (near france), it is just so hot here compared to where I come from!!!
My advice would be to drink loads of water and buy "cooling spray" such as "magicool". As for in bed don't put on any covers, and wear short pyjamas!!! Good Luck

Unless you have a a/c Drink lots of gatorade.Especially in the mornings. This will prevent heat stroke. Maybe a fan. Ice water will help.

I was told once (this may be an old wives tale) that your blood is closest to the surface of your skin on the inside of your wrists and your ankles, and that by putting them in cold water, your blood (and body/brain) can be 'tricked' into thinking that its cooler than it is.
Give it a try!
