Actually, you are exactly perfect. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 24.9, right at the edge of Normal Weight. If You gain anymore weight, you'll be overweight though. I am 17, and I am 5'2" and I weigh 90 pounds. I'm actually 20 pounds underweight, but I look healthy I think....My BMI is 16.5 which is 2 "points"from normal weight.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
What I would suggest would be to eliminate all the junk food from your diet. I suspect you dont eat a lot of junk food since you're muscular. I wouldnt suggest exercising because muscle just adds weight because it is heavier than fat. Maybe you could eat more healthier and work out of be active less.

Well.. I personally do not think that 159 is anythng to worry about... really... Thus.. if you wanted to lose some(please, not 30 pounds) then just lay off ice cream... french fries, fried chicken and any other FATTY stuff and go more for the fruits and vegetables and get involved with exercise on a REGULAR basis.. Not just a little today and in another 3-4 days.. some more.. NO.. REGULAR daily exercise.. OK?

Let me say this B4 you try to lose weight!11 Talk to your mom or doctor cuz all I know is I'm skinny and want to gain weight,every one is beautiful the way they are that's why I just do what I gotta do,I eat the right food and let the good come to me,I do not suffer for the good so my time to get the last laugh is comin,just like you dont worry you going to have your last laugh!!!! Just hold on and do what you gotta do "The right way!!!"
But you can do some healthy excercises,instead of takin drugs(If you are or going to) so you can bicycle or take a long walk and do good Excercises!!!!!!

Well considering your age...it tends to lose itself and form a more flattering figure the older that you get. The best thing you can do is watch what you eat and drink ALOT of water. You should pay more attention to the inner YOU rather than what you look like to others. But if you are trying to do this for yourself and your health go about it in healthyways. Just cut out alot of the sugar and grease.

I think that loosing 20 - 30 pounds is about right.
Im 15 and im 5'7" and i wieght about 128 and my body fat is like 10 - 14%.
If you want to loose wieght the best way to do it is stop drinking soda stop eating unhealthy, start eaing healthy and drink water and juices. And do cardo which is running, jogging, jumking jacks, etc.

Two words AEROBIC EXERCISE. lol. Take a break from doing your usual muscle workout and jog everday for at least 40 min. Stay within your target heart rate which you can use this equation to find (220-age-pulse)50%+pulse and (220-age-pulse)65%+pulse. (pulse is per minute). Try to eat healthy and the lbs will melt right off.

This is how I did it. Just watch what you eat. Dont eat fatty stuff. Like these: potatoes, rice, bread and stuff like that. Exersise (swimming) doesnt hurt either. I did that and lost 3 pounds in about 4 days.

It is unhealthy to lose that much weight! You will jepordize your health. Your a tall girl. And your still growing! You need to go to your doctor and ask them if you should lose and weight and they will give you the right answer.

i dunno much about this, but ask ur doctor. If you don't have one, then getting a family doctor is more important than losing weight at this point.
Best way to lose weight is to excercise and watch what u eat. Easy does it, no need to go herculian on excercises, and no need to go Geronimo on fasting. Step by step, 1-2 pounds a week is more than enuf.

i'm 13 and i'm trying to lose weight too. I am running 1 - 2 miles each day and working out everyday. And eating healthier. This workes, try it?
