Maybe your dad is just trying to teach you what work ethics are all about. I have a fifteen year old son that feels just like you do. All I am trying to do is show him that just because he is fifteen it doesn't give him the right to stay indoors in front of his t.v. playing playstation all day. He is a young man and should be learning about what the is like.
Maybe you could talk to your father if you think that he is over doing it a bit and ask him for a day or so off here and there. After all, even though we try to teach our children things, they are still children and need to be able to play around with their buddies and such!
Good luck!

I don't know about him being mean, but working every day is not a bad thing. He's just probably trying to teach you some responsibility and to show you that to get things in life you have to work for them.

First of all you need to understand there is a generation gap. Your dad grew up in a time which was very discipline oriented.

Tttttoday Junior, kids do not have the respect nor the responsibility which was instilled in the previous generation of their parents.

Do as your father says, but if it gets to be too much, ask if you could do it tomorrow or tell him you can't do it.
