I have a video on my computer but I want to cut in it parts. How would I go about doing it?

I can upload 100 MB but this file is bigger. Anyone know of how I can make smaller files out of a big file?

Download 'Windows Movie Maker' where you divide or cut the movie intoo parts. Open up your file and play it. you cna find a divide button which you cna use. After your done, make sure you save it.
